In most cases, products can be shipped to you out of our Le Roy, NY or Greencove, FL warehouses by FedEx Parcel, LTL or Truck Loads.
Foam products
Three-Sixty Solution’s pledge is to stand behind our quality. We pride ourselves on offering high quality materials. All materials are QC’ed prior to shipment at both the manufacturing level and also at the point of shipping. This means that each bun is checked (to the best of our ability) for hardness, color, holes, size and aesthetics. As part of the QC process, all buns are delivered skinned top and bottom (skin removed unless – otherwise specified). The procedures that we have in place minimize the probability of quality issues. This also saves you time and money on skiving. Should you not have the ability to skive material, we are able to deliver you sheets skived to your thickness requirements.

Medical laminates
Three-Sixty Solutions offers a full custom medical laminate product line. The line offers laminate combinations with various thicknesses and densities of urethane foams and fabrics – all laminates and proudly manufactured in the USA and are sold in roll format. The laminates are of the highest quality and are full medical grade materials with FDA approved standards. All of the materials are fully complaint with the Berry Amendment.
Casting foam
Our industry leading casting foam is offered in a familiar formation of texture and medical blue color that optimizes definition. It is domestically engineered and manufactured to perform optimally. It is delicately engineered to minimize splits and cracks on the foam block walls.
